Set in the well-established and well-connected estate of Yishun, 29 Yishun Close gave our team the opportunity to breathe new life into a mature HDB flat. The design approach centred on maximising the natural strengths of the unit u2014 generous ceiling heights, good natural light, and a flexible floor plan u2014 while introducing contemporary finishes that feel fresh without being impractical.
