Upper floors are arranged to give each family member genuine privacy u2014 rooms that are properly sized, properly stored, and properly finished. The Lightwell House is a landed Terrace project structured around the controlled introduction of natural light. The defining feature is the lightwell, which brings daylight deep into the core of the home.
The interior layout is organised to maximise this vertical light source. Circulation areas, staircases, and adjacent rooms are positioned to benefit from the changing light throughout the day.
In the living spaces, the design remains minimal to allow light and shadow to become the primary visual elements. Surfaces are kept clean, with light-toned materials that enhance brightness and openness.
