We have met several ID companies before signing up with Yang's. Danny was assigned to us and our first impression with Danny was friendly, honest and accommodating. He gave sound suggestions which helps in our ideas. He is also a fast worker and meticulous guy. We had made several requests such as workmanship viewing, changing of our requirements multiple times before and after contract signing yet Danny was always patient towards our requests. He also took great responsibility towards the entire start to end renovation process with minimal hiccups. More importantly,
he gave timely updates and suggest some minor upgrades/downgrades of materials/design along the way, all to the best interest of flat owners. Eventually he managed to complete our renovation before the given deadline. Workmanship was excellent and he is accommodating to ad-hoc changes during the renovation period too. My family would like to extend our gratitude to our ID Mr David for the renovation of our resale unit in Yishun, which was completed in mid January 2020. After comparing with 3 other reputable ID firms, we found that the pricing quoted by David was the most reasonable and competitive. He was very prompt in his replies through Whatsapp and always kept us informed and updated on the progress of our renovation, especially since our timeline was tight and it coincided with the Christmas, New Year and Chinese New Year holidays. Regardless the circumstances, David always managed to keep the project going and kept disruptions to a minimum. That gave us a sense of security that he tried his best to complete the project in time even though we expected delays.
David was also accommodating and transparent in the itemised list in the quotation, allows us to find external vendors/parties for certain items (e.g. windows and grilles, toilet doors) and was flexible to add/remove items in the list as the project went along, since resale units tend to require unforeseen or unexpected changes unlike BTO units.
Overall, we were satisfied with the management of the renovation and the process was rather smooth. We will definitely recommend David to other potential homeowners who are going to embark on their renovation journey. Yang's Inspiration also has a 5 year workmanship warranty, which was also a main deciding factor for us to choose them as our designing firm. Thank you!

Working with Ivan, was a joy. His inspiration of how our home will look like from the 3D modeling was the sole winner that got us to work with him. My wife and I are very pleased by our beautiful home which he has made for us and we thank him very much for his patience and service. Ivan was always very responsive and quick on his replies and actions. He was also ready to accommodate to a lot of little details which my wife wanted. Overall, the home turn out great with lots of praises. Our guests who visited our home is started to ask where we got our interior design done which we will definitely recommend Ivan.
